I have had some tough times and Hank was always there for me. He works very hard and follows all the companies guidelines and informs his tenants.
Shopping around for a safe, clean place to store my stuff and found this gem of a business. Had a lovely chat with Hank, who was quite attentive and happy to answer all my questions. It's refreshing these days to find a business with solid customer service standards. Home sweet home for my stuff!
Hank is the property manager here at Martinez Arnold Dr. He does an excellent job running the store and knows every customer by name. I have been a tenant for 7 years and Hank has made my rental experience a pleasant one.
I love you so much Public storage, I have no complaints here. . . . I'm actually just pleased with the way they care about their business and the people that work there have done an outstanding job with making sure that vandalism and break ins don't happen . I'm going to give them a great big 55 star's 5+5=10 and it can't get much better than that ... there's special people who have been pataint w me , there always there to help LOTS of folks, thank you for your time and consideration

The store is very clean and organized and all the products are available. The storage units are also very clean.
This place is a secure, temperature controlled site which is what drew me. The staff, however, helped save my sanity at a difficult time. Rhonda and Hank have been exemplary in their assistance, answering any questions I have had and finding solutions when I was fresh out. They're terrific people and they have my deepest thanks.
From the first phone call, working with Hank has been a pleasure. I have nothing but good things to say about renting three storage units from this facility over the course of two years. Your belongings will be safe, secure and well taken care of. From past experiences, I was used to poor customer service at other storage facilities where I was assured that the smell of cat spray was just part of storing belongings. The units at the Arnold facility are odor free and there are not people hanging out in their units for hours on end. The temperature control of the building makes summer and winter storage enjoyable. Hank and the rest of the staff have a eye to keeping the standards high, which I have appreciated. I cannot imagine storing our entire life's worth of belongings at an outdoor unit or where security was questionable. You won't be disappointed with this place--a real "class act."
